Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling Minced nuts (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed on electric mixer.
  2. Gradually add in heavy cream; mix well. Whip till thickened. Using the back of a spoon, shape into ten 3-1/2 inch shells. Place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Freeze two hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, fill with cherry pie filling. Sprinkle with minced nuts if you like.
