  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 5 tbsp. powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender. Press mix into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 15 min in a moderate oven. Beat the Large eggs and stir in sugar, salt, and flour. Fold in rhubarb and spoon into the warm crust. Bake an additional 35 to 40 min. Serve slightly hot or possibly cool.
