Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Low-fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 6 ounce Fat-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 12 ounce Cold Whip(r) Free, thawed
  • 1 c. Low-fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 16 ounce Reduced fat lowfat milk chocolate frosting

Direcciones

  1. Arrange 1 1/2 c. of the graham cracker crumbs on bottom of 13 x 9" pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lowfat milk and vanilla pudding mixes. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 min. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread pudding mix over graham cracker crumbs. Place remaining graham cracker crumbs over pudding. Remove top and foil from frosting container. Microwave frosting in container on high 1 minute or possibly till pourable. Spread proportionately over cracker crumbs. Chill 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  3. Serving Ideas : Cut into squares to serve.
  4. NOTES : You could make pistachio, banana, or possibly double chocolate eclairs by simply changing the pudding flavors.
