Ingredientes

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can fruit topping (of your choice)

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar and butter. Add in flour, large eggs and lemon juice to above mix with spoon. Pour in greased and lightly floured 10 x 15 x 1 inch cookie sheet. Spread fruit topping over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Makes 3 dozen. When cool, sprinkle with pwdr sugar.
