- Place tomato slices in pita bread. Toss together cheese, meat, broccoli, bean sprouts, carrots and green onion. Fill each pita bread with 1/2 c. vegetable mix. Microwave on High 3 to 5 min or possibly till cheese begins to heat. Serve with combined yogurt and mustard. Makes 4 sandwiches. Prep Time: 15 min. Cooking Time: 5 min.
