Receta Easy Lemon Bars

- Reserving 1 1/2 c. lemon cake mix for top.
- In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, egg. Beat on medium speed till crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 c. crumb mix. Press remainder of crumb mix firmly on bottom of greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
- In small mixing bowl, beat condensed lowfat milk and pudding mix till smooth. Stir in grated lemon rind. Spread over prepared crust. Top with reserved crumb mix. Bake 20 to 25 min till set. Cold; cut into bars.
