Receta Easy Lemon Mousse

- In medium saucepan combine gelatin, sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice and 1 c. water. Cook and stir over medium heat till gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 c. ice water to chill, stir occasionally.
- When gelatin becomes syrupy, beat whip cream to soft peaks. When gelatin mix is consistency of egg whites, mix in whipped cream. Pour into mold. Chill 4 to 6 hrs. Before serving, let set 15 min. Unmold dessert. Fill center with kiwi or possibly raspberries or possibly strawberries.
