Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans or possibly walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Butter 8-inch square pan. In medium saucepan, combine butter, evaporated lowfat milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 min, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts.
  2. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or possibly till marshmallows heat completely.
  3. Pour into pan. Cold and cut into squares. Hint: For thicker fudge, use a 7X5-inch loaf pan.
