Ingredientes

  • 7 1/2 ounce Salmon, canned
  • 4 ounce Saltines, finely crushed
  • 1 x Onion, finely diced
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dill
  • 2 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil till golden.
  2. Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers.
  3. Serves 4 as an appetizer or possibly 2 as a main course.
