Receta Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3-4 drops green food coloring
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 c. heavy whipped cream
- 1 c. sm. chocolate baking chips
Direcciones
- In large bowl combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, peppermint extract, green food coloring and water. Mix well. Mix in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Pour into foil-lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Freeze in freezer compartment of refrigerator for 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Makes about 1 1/2 qts.
