Easy Minute Steaks With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 4 pcs Minute steaks, pounded thin Flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic salt
  • 1 pcs Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Burgundy or possibly dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

Direcciones

  1. Heat the butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Dredge the minute steaks in the seasoned flour and fry in the skillet for approximately 1 minute per side. Remove and place in a hot place till service.
  3. In the pan drippings, saute/fry the mushrooms and garlic for 1 minute. Add in the wine and beef base. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, stirring till thick.
  4. Serve min immediately with the sauce ribboned over the top.
