Receta Easy Minute Steaks With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 pcs Minute steaks, pounded thin Flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic salt
- 1 pcs Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Burgundy or possibly dry red wine
- 1/2 cup Beef broth
- 1/2 cup Thinly sliced mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Heat the butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dredge the minute steaks in the seasoned flour and fry in the skillet for approximately 1 minute per side. Remove and place in a hot place till service.
- In the pan drippings, saute/fry the mushrooms and garlic for 1 minute. Add in the wine and beef base. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, stirring till thick.
- Serve min immediately with the sauce ribboned over the top.
