Ingredientes
- 5-7 c. cucumbers (sliced), unpeeled
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. minced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. celery seeds
Direcciones
- Using a plastic bowl, place sliced cucumbers, sliced onions, minced peppers and salt into container. Let set 1 hour. Don't drain. Add in vinegar, sugar and seeds. Mix together very well. Place in covered container or possibly jar. Chill. Eat when cool.
