Receta Easy No Time Pizza Crust

- Add in 1 tsp sugar to water. Sprinkle yeast on top of the water & mix. Let rise for about 5 min.
- In the processor, mix flour, salt & sugar. While processor is running, add in oil & proofed yeast/water mix. Let flour combine with the liquid & knead for about 1 minute till dough is smooth. Add in more water or possibly flour, if needed, to get the desired consistency.
- Let dough rest for 5 min before rolling out.
- Roll dough into 2- 12 " pizzas or possibly 1 -15" jelly rolly pan.
- Add in desired toppings. Bake at 425F for 15-20 min.
- Or possibly: Roll dough into greased pan. Grill 5-10 min,covered, or possibly till dough has browned on bottom. Flip dough. Add in desired toppings. Grill another 5 to 10 min till bottom has browned & cheese has melted.
