Easy Oat Cook­ies (Wheat-​Free)

We’d like to thank Jade for sub­mit­ting this absolutely deli­cious and easy to make recipes for vegan oat cook­ies. They are per­fect healthy snacks for work and for school con­sid­er­ing that they are wheat-​free, sugar-​free, dairy-​free and nut-​free. Go on… give it a try, you know you want to.

Ingredientes

  • 2 large over-​ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cups instant gluten-​free oats
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped dried fruit (try raisins, apri­cots, figs, or glaced ginger)
  • 1⁄2 tea­spoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Mash bananas
  2. Stir in other ingre­di­ents, mix­ture should be sticky enough to roll into balls (if not add a lit­tle water).
  3. Roll into wal­nut sized balls and place on greased tray. Press down with a fork. Bake on 180c for 15 minutes.
  4. Cook­ies should be crunchy on the out­side and chewy on the inside
