Receta Easy Oat Cookies (Wheat-Free)
We’d like to thank Jade for submitting this absolutely delicious and easy to make recipes for vegan oat cookies. They are perfect healthy snacks for work and for school considering that they are wheat-free, sugar-free, dairy-free and nut-free. Go on… give it a try, you know you want to.
Ingredientes
- 2 large over-ripe bananas
- 1.5 cups instant gluten-free oats
- 1⁄2 cup chopped dried fruit (try raisins, apricots, figs, or glaced ginger)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Mash bananas
- Stir in other ingredients, mixture should be sticky enough to roll into balls (if not add a little water).
- Roll into walnut sized balls and place on greased tray. Press down with a fork. Bake on 180c for 15 minutes.
- Cookies should be crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside
