Ingredientes

  • 4 lb Roast
  • 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can Burgandy wine
  • 4 med Potatoes, peeled, quartered
  • 6 stalk Celery, quartered
  • 6 x Carrots, sliced lengthwise

Direcciones

  1. Place roast in a baking dish, cover with sliced onions. Mix soup and burgandy. Pour over roast, sprinkle with pasley. Cover and bake 325 for 5 hrs. During the last hour add in vegetables, cook till vegetables are tender.
