Ingredientes

  • 6 med Potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1 c. Chicken stock or possibly vegetable stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lrg Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish. In a large glass measuring c., combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
  2. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
  3. Bake in oven for 45 to 55 min or possibly till potatoes are tender and top is golden.
  4. Yield: 6 servings
