Receta Easy Parmesan Potato Bake

Ingredientes
- 6 med Potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (about 2 lbs.)
- 1 c. Chicken stock or possibly vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lrg Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
Direcciones
- Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish. In a large glass measuring c., combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Bake in oven for 45 to 55 min or possibly till potatoes are tender and top is golden.
- Yield: 6 servings
