Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Dry grnd sage
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 12 ounce Lean pork tenderloin, cut in half-inch thick slices
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. Sliced onions
  • 1 c. Seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon peel Angel hair pasta, cooked and liquid removed and kept hot

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour and seasonings; coat pork with mix. Brown pork in oil in nonstick skillet; remove from skillet. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in same skillet. Add in water and wine; bring to a boil. Return pork to the sauce; add in grapes and heat thoroughly. Combine parsley and lemon peel; mix well.
  2. Sprinkle over pork slices. Serve with or possibly over pasta.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
