  • 1 c. buttermilk baking mix
  • 1 x 3.4 ounce. pkg. instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 x egg -- beaten
  • 1/4 c. English toffee bits
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, pudding mix, oil, and egg; stir till soft dough forms. Stir in toffee bits. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 5 to 7 min or possibly till edges are lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cold. Store in an airtight container.
  2. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
