Receta Easy Salisbury Steak

I found this recipe on "taste of Southern" website and I altered it a tiny bit and it is better than the other recipe I have on here for this. Love this recipe and got five stars from the family on it.

- First in a bowl combine hamburger, garlic powder, pepper, salt bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce. Mix together with your hands until well blended.
- Heat a skillet on the medium high heat
- Make oval patties with the hamburger mixture
- Brown patties on both sides (don’t worry about cooking all the way through as you will put them back to cook the rest of the way later.)
- When browned on both sides remove from skillet
- I drained the grease but the original recipe said not to. Add butter when butter is melted add the onions sauté until translucent but not burned dark brown.
- While the onions are cooking. Take the two package of pioneer gravy mix and just add all the water and the mix in a bowl or pan whisk to blend.
- Once onions are ready, return your patties back to the skillet, then add the brown gravy
- Let simmer on medium heat until the gravy thickens and patties are cooked through roughly 30-45 minutes.
