Receta Easy Shrimp And Corn Chowder

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 2 sm. cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1-2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 12-16 ounce. fresh or possibly frzn shrimp
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, light
- 2 soup cans lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) (or possibly more) canned corn and liquid
Direcciones
- In roaster pan, cook onions with garlic and pepper in butter gently till tender. Blend in soup, cream cheese and lowfat milk till somewhat smooth (5 min) then add in shrimp, corn, mushrooms. Bring to boil, then simmer gently 10 min or possibly more, stirring occasionally.
