Receta Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1/2 bell pepper, minced fine
- 1 med. onion, minced fine
- 2 ribs celery, minced fine
- 1 (8 ounce.) can mushrooms
- 2 teaspoon creole seasoning (Zatarin or possibly Tony's)
- 1 can beef broth
Direcciones
- Mix above ingredients. Cut 3/4 stick of butter and place on top of mix. Cook in rice cooker. Toss and fluffy before eating.
