Easy Spinach Quiche

Ingredientes

1 pkg. Stouffer's Spinach Souffle, thawed
2 Large eggs
2 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

1 c. ham, cubed or possibly Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
1 c. grated Swiss or possibly Mozzarella cheese
1 frzn pie shell, thawed or possibly make your own

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min.
