Ingredientes

  • 1 c. egg whites (5-6)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Sweetener = to 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or possibly 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites very stiff; beat yolks till very light. Add in 1/2 the sweetener to whites, rest to yolks. Mix together and beat hard. Sift flour with baking pwdr; fold into egg mix. Add in vanilla or possibly lemon juice. Pour into angel cake pan; bake 40 min or possibly till tester inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 8 slices, 100 calories each. Exchanges per serving: 1 slice = 1 bread, 1/2 lean meat.
