Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, cooked slightly
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
  • 4 slices good bread, toasted

Direcciones

  1. Lay asparagus, bacon slices and hard boiled Large eggs on toast slices. Mix 4 Tbsp. butter and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Sprinkle on toast slices. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2.
