Ingredientes
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, cooked slightly
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
- 4 slices good bread, toasted
Direcciones
- Lay asparagus, bacon slices and hard boiled Large eggs on toast slices. Mix 4 Tbsp. butter and the juice of 1/2 lemon. Sprinkle on toast slices. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Serves 2.
