Easy Strawberry Layered Cheesecake

Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Strawberry preserves
  • 5 dsh Red food coloring
  • 1 x Graham cracker crust

Direcciones

  1. Directions: Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed till well blended. Add in Large eggs, mix till blended. Stir preserves and food coloring into 1cup of the batter. Pour strawberry batter over crust. Top with remaining plain batter. Bake at 350 for 40 min till center is almost set. Cold. Chill for 3 hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Garnish with whipped topping and fresh strawberries.
  3. To use springform pan, mix 1 1/2 c. graham craker crumbs, 3 Tablespoons sugar and 1/3 c. butter or possibly margarine (melted). Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Double ingredients in recipe for batter. mix and layer over crust as directed. Bake at 350 for 55 min or possibly till center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cold completely before removing rim of pan.
