Ingredientes

  • Round steak
  • Flour
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 can tomatoes, crushed
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. minced green peppers
  • 1 env. Lipton onion soup

Direcciones

  1. Flour and lb. the steak to tenderize, cut into serving pcs. Brown in warm oil. Place meat into baking dish with the other ingredients, already mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender, covered with foil or possibly lid.
