Easy Taco Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd meat
  • Onions, minced
  • Green pepper, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs
  • Tomatoes, minced
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook meat, onions and green pepper; drain. Add in taco seasoning packet and stir. Combine in separate bowl: Bisquick, lowfat milk and Large eggs. Blend till smooth. Put meat mix into a pie plate and pour Bisquick mix over the top. Bake for 25 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese over pie and bake for 5 more min till cheese melts. Sprinkle minced tomatoes on top. Serve.
