Easy Tandoori Chicken

An easy, quick, tandoori chicken dish. A delicious meal for the whole family.

Ingredientes

  • 2 whole chickens cut-up or chicken thighs or pieces of your choice
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) tandoori masala spice
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) oil (olive or canola)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogourt
  • 2 tbsp (10 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tsp (5-10 ml) salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the chicken. Add the chicken to the mixture in one or two large ziplock bags. Ensure the chicken is well coated and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cooking in an oven set at 350 degrees (covered) for an hour. Remove the cover and continue cooking for an other 20 minutes or so or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
