  • 2 cans (liquid removed) green beans
  • 1 can (liquid removed) wax beans
  • 1 can (liquid removed) kidney beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed

Direcciones

  1. 1. In a bowl mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and celery seed. Set aside.
  2. 2. Drain cans of beans.
  3. 3. Place beans into large container (with cover).
  4. 4. Chop onion and mix with beans.
  5. 5. Pour mix over beans.
  6. 6. Allow beans to marinate for about 24 hrs before serving. (Stir occasionally.) Keep refrigerated.
  7. 7. Drain liquid from beans before serving.
