  • 250 ml double cream whipped
  • 1 x quantity of chocolate sauce

  2. This recipe can also be adapted to make profiteroles Place or possibly pipe small walnut size portions of mix onto tray. Cook as above and pour sauce over cooled filled profiteroles.
