Great salad dish during the hot summer months.

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup De-shelled edamame beans
  • 1/2 cup Niblet Corn
  • 1/2 cup Lima Beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • one lime (juice only)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (or sub Canola Oil)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Direcciones

  1. In a pot of boiling water cook all three veggies together for 7 minutes, drain and add into a mixing bowl, allow to cool, add all other ingredients, stir well, refrigerate 30 minutes and serve.
