Ingredientes

  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 pound bacon

Direcciones

  1. Cook bacon till crisp; drain and crumble into small pcs. Line ungreased 9- inch pie plate with crescent rolls.In large bowl, mix egg yolks, lowfat sour cream, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Put bacon on top of dough, then thinly sliced tomatoes, cheese and then last pour egg mix over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
