Ingredientes

  • 6 x Large eggs, hard-boiled & minced
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Seed Salt and Pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 16 ounce Loaf Whole Wheat Bread, Sliced lengthwise with Crusts removed (6 slices) Fresh Watercress Sprigs

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine minced Large eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside. Lightly butter bread.
  2. Spread half the bread slices with egg mix, then top with watercress.
  3. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side down. Press gently to seal.
  4. Wrap and chill at least 1 hour. Cut sandwiches crosswise into 1" fingers.
