Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 6 x Flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c. Shredded cheese
  • 6 slc Bacon or possibly ham

Direcciones

  1. Scramble the Large eggs and cook; allow to cold slightly. Chop bacon or possibly dice ham.
  2. Hot tortillas (this makes them soft sufficient to roll without tearing). Divvy up the ingredients among the six tortillas and roll burrito-style. Wrap each burrito individually in a paper napkin or possibly towel. Place all six in a zipper bag or possibly tupperware. These keep for at least 4 days (which's the longest I've gone).
  3. To reheat: Microwave for 45 second to 1 minute. Let stand for a minute (to finish melting the cheese).
  4. Be creative and use any leftover breakfast meat (sausage of hash is great, too) and add in salsa, onions, or possibly leftover hashbrowns.
