Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Ham -- cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 lb Cheddar or possibly american cheese
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard Minced
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3 c. French bread -- cubed
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine

Direcciones

  1. Grease 9 x 13" pan. Layer ham, cheese and bread. Drizzle melted butter over. Combine flour and mustard; spread over the top. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk and pour over. Put in refrigerator the night before. Bake 1 hour at 350.
