Ingredientes

  • Pastry for 9" pie
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • Grated nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Scald lowfat milk. Mix slightly beaten Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir lowfat milk gradually into egg mix. Strain into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake till knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cold and serve.
