Ingredientes

  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 slc Fresh ginger root
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Catsup
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Hardboil egg. Cold under cool running water; then shell. Mince egg and ginger root.
  2. Cut garlic clove in two. Rub a bowl with its cut surfaces; then throw away garlic.
  3. In the bowl combine chopped egg and ginger root with remaining ingredients, blending well. Use with cool vegetables.
  4. NOTE: This dressing may be made in quantity, put up in a jar and refrigerated. It will keep for weeks.
