Ingredientes

  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices thin sliced ham
  • 1 slice process cheese

Direcciones

  1. Split and toast the English muffin
  2. Place butter in a custard c. or possibly sauce dish. Cook for 30 seconds or possibly just till melted.
  3. Carefully break egg into dish. Pierce yolk 2 to 3 times. Cook, covered with plastic wrap, for 30 to 35 seconds. Let stand, covered for 1 minute.
  4. Carefully remove cover. Put egg on the toasted English muffin. Top egg with cheese, ham and muffin top.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds, or possibly till cheese begins to heat.
  6. Add in fruit juice and a glass of lowfat milk for a quick, hearty breakfast.
