Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. dairy eggnog
  • 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin softened in 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • Baked pie shell

Direcciones

  1. Heat eggnog in saucepan just to boiling point; remove from heat, add in gelatin. Whip cream. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar; mix in whipped cream, then cooled eggnog mix. Pour in baked pie shell and chill.
