Receta Egg Roll (Lumpia)

Ingredientes

1 pound grnd pork 2 teaspoon shrimp, cooked 1 c. carrots, shredded 1/2 c. onion, finely minced 1/2 c. ham, cooked and finely minced

5 tbsp. raisins, finely minced 2 ounce. bean thread noodles 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten Salt and pepper, to taste 30 to 35 egg roll wrappers, or possibly use rice paper

Direcciones

1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients, except wrappers, and blend thoroughly. Let mix stand 30 min For each egg roll wrapper, spoon on 2 Tbsp. of mix and roll up tightly. Dip end with beaten egg and seal. Deep fat fry till golden at 350 degrees.
