Ingredientes

  • Pk. commercially prepared Egg roll wrappers
  • 2 can Small cooked shrimp, Liquid removed (chicken or possibly pork may also be Sued)
  • 1 1/2 c. Diced celery
  • 3 c. Minced cabbage
  • 1 1/2 c. Fresh bean sprouts, rinsed
  • 1/2 c. Minced canned mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat salad oil in a large skillet or possibly wok and heat very warm. Add in bean sprouts, cabbage and celery. Stir fry together for about 2 min till vegetables are coated with oil, crisp-tender, and bright green in color. Don't OVERCOOK. Add in Remaining ingredients, toss, and transfer to a colander to drain.
  2. To fill wrapper: Place 1/4 ccup dilling diagonally on a wrapper. Fold corner over the filling and tuck point under. Fold up both edges, envelope style. Roll over tightly till flap is completely wound around. Moisten point to seal.
  3. To cook: Heat oil in deep fryer or possibly wok to 375 degrees. Deep fry rolls, two or possibly three at a time, turning often till golden and crisp. (About 2 min) Drain on paper towels.
