Egg Sausage Cheese Souffle

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6 slices of cubed bread
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage in patties, drain the grease well. Crumble sausage into 1 1/2 qt casserole dish, 6 x 10 x 2 inches. Mix rest of ingredients. Chill 12 hrs or possibly overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to an hour. Test by sticking knife in and if it comes out clean it's done. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
