- 100gm butter, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 75 to 100gm butter, melted
- 1 cup superfine sugar + 2 tablespoons cinnamon (more or less, depending on your taste), mixed together
- For the Glaze
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa OR 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk
