Ingredientes
- 1cup (5 oz) whole-fat eggnog
- 1 1/2 cups (7 oz) all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup (4 oz/1 stick) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup (7 oz) white granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp bourbon
- For the Glazed Icing:
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rum, brandy, or bourbon
- Nutmeg to garnish top
