Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs divided
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese grated

Direcciones

  1. In a shallow 2-qt baking dish, combine 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, lowfat sour cream, and melted butter. Gently slide Large eggs on top.
  2. In a bowl, combine 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on the Large eggs and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min, or possibly till the Large eggs are set.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings
