- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs divided
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese grated
Direcciones
- In a shallow 2-qt baking dish, combine 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, lowfat sour cream, and melted butter. Gently slide Large eggs on top.
- In a bowl, combine 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on the Large eggs and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min, or possibly till the Large eggs are set.
